How long will it take to receive my order?

When does the delivery countdown start?
The delivery timeframe begins counting from the day your order is shipped from our warehouse, not from the day you place your order. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships from our warehouse, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the tracking number for the carrier to update their system.
What if my order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe?
While most orders arrive within 7-10 business days after shipping, occasional delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
